Eglent Bici is an Albanian entrepreneur, investor and real estate developer. Founder and CEO of Mei Realty (since 2009) and CEO of Best Invest shpk, he leads the development of Mei Residence in Qerret — coastal residences operated under Ramada Residences by Wyndham standards — and is an investor in the World Trade Center Durrës project.
Eglent Bici is an Albanian entrepreneur, investor and real estate developer based in Tirana. After about eight years in England, he returned to Albania in December 2006, studied law and completed a master’s in property law.
In 2009 he founded Mei Realty, the agency that today has offices in Tirana and Durrës. He served as Chairman of the National Chamber of Mediation (2013–2015).
As CEO of Best Invest shpk, he leads the development of Mei Residence in Qerret, Kavajë, with opening planned for June 2027. In 2026, at the World Trade Centers Association European Conference, he shared the plan to bring Albania’s first WTC to Durrës.
Beyond business, Eglent is known for his work in personal growth: host of the SuperVlera podcast, organiser of the “Awaken Your Super Potential” event and a frequent guest on Top Channel, Tv Klan, Report TV and News24. He is the father of two daughters.
