I am Eglent Bici, an entrepreneur, investor and real estate developer based in Tirana. I am the founder and CEO of Mei Realty and CEO of Best Invest shpk, the company developing Mei Residence in Qerret.
I believe business success and personal growth go hand in hand. So alongside my work in property, I have invested years in personal development — from Tony Robbins’ programmes to my own podcast, SuperVlera — and I share that knowledge with young people and Albanian entrepreneurs.

Eight years in England
I lived and worked in England for about eight years — a real school in discipline, standards and how a developed market works.
- 2006
Coming home
In December 2006 I decided to return to Albania, convinced our country has extraordinary potential and that I had to be part of building it.
- Studies
Law and property law
I studied law and completed a master’s in property law — the legal foundation that supports every transaction and every project I lead today.
- 2009
Mei is born
I started my journey in real estate — the beginning of what is today Mei Realty.
- 2013–2015
National Chamber of Mediation
I served as Chairman of the National Chamber of Mediation.
- 2016–2020
Business Mastery
Tony Robbins’ programmes, including Business Mastery and Date with Destiny, where I found the question that still guides me.
- 2017
Mei Realty
Mei Realty strengthens its own identity, with offices in Tirana and Durrës and ambitions for regional growth.
- 2019
The stage and young people
A fireside chat at Startup Grind Tirana, and part of the “Road to Success” team inspiring thousands of young Albanians.
- 2022
SuperVlera
BusinessMag lists SuperVlera among the most promising startups — a platform for the personal growth of Albanians everywhere.
- 2024
Mei Residence
The development chapter begins with Best Invest and Mei Residence in Qerret. The same year I host “Awaken Your Super Potential” and take part in “Mjeshtëro Biznesin”.
- 2026
International standards
Mei Residence will be operated under Ramada Residences by Wyndham standards. At the WTCA European Conference I share the plan for a World Trade Center in Durrës.
- 2027
Opening
The planned opening of Mei Residence — a project that is deeply personal to me.
