Who is Eglent Bici?
Eglent Bici is an Albanian entrepreneur, investor and real estate developer based in Tirana. He is the founder and CEO of Mei Realty (since 2009), CEO of Best Invest shpk — the company developing Mei Residence in Qerret — and an investor in the World Trade Center Durrës project. What is Mei Realty?
Mei Realty is a real estate agency founded in 2009. It has offices in Tirana and Durrës and offers sales, rentals, investment consulting and property management. Official website: mei.al.
What is Mei Residence and where is it?
Mei Residence is a coastal residence in Qerret, Kavajë, on Albania’s Adriatic coast, about 280 metres from the beach and around 20 minutes from Durrës. The opening of Mei Residence is planned for June 2027. Construction is under way.
Who is developing Mei Residence?
Mei Residence is developed by Best Invest shpk, with Eglent Bici as CEO. Units are sold by Mei Residence SHPK.
Can I buy at Mei Residence from abroad?
