WTC Durrës
An investment in the World Trade Center licence for Durrës — the aim of Albania’s first WTC, a destination connecting assets, cities and people across borders.
How it works
One ecosystem, three roles
1
01
Brokerage
Mei Realty knows the market, the clients and the prices. It is the front door for buyers and investors.
2
02
Development
Best Invest shpk develops projects to international standards — the first being Mei Residence in Qerret.
3
03
Connecting to the world
Through WTC Durrës we aim to put Albania on the global map of business and investment.
Let’s build something of value together.
