This is the motto that directs my life. At a Tony Robbins event I searched for my primary question and found it: how can I be even more kind and helpful to myself and others, right now? Since then, every project and every conversation starts from that question.
Each of us has potential, but together we can do a great deal.
I don’t wait for change to come from someone else. As an entrepreneur, I have a responsibility to create jobs, to build with quality and to offer concrete ideas for the economy — with realism, because we are neither Germany nor America, but we have our own path.

Investors and builders must know every material they use. The safety of the people who will live in our buildings comes first — before deadlines, before costs, before anything.
We must think globally and be competitive in the global market.

Education does not end when school ends. I read, I train, and I invite people to the podcast I can learn from. And I have found that teaching is how I learn best.
